This we do with the intention of filling enduring vacant vacancies successful and in the line with the market. Sub-steps for this complex consulting process among other things are:

Analysis of the environment (organizational structure, management structure, company structure), as well as determination and co-ordination of the job specifications

Systematical direct search through analysis of the relevant branches and selection of a suitable search target

Utilization of our own candidate pool

Professional retrieval strategies in the internet

Media actions in selected print- or/and internet job markets

Accomplishment and guidance during the whole contact and selection process with detailed reporting on the candidates, qualified for the position

On-going support of the clients and candidates during the decision process and the trial period

Conditions

Depending upon the approach, as well as the estimated difficulty and duration of the search, we charge between 15 – 30% of the recruited candidate’s target yearly salary. This is payable in agreed upon instalments along with any additional expenses (travel, communications, postage) and where applicable, advertisements costs.
