in-person interview using a selection process defined together with the client - Detailed written report for each qualified candidate
- Organisation, implementation and moderation of the interview
IV. Decision:
- On-going support of the client and candidates during the decision process and the trial period
- Assistance with contract negotiations
Conditions
Depending upon the approach, as well as the estimated difficulty and duration of the search, we charge between 15 - 30% of the recruited candidate's target yearly salary. This is payable in agreed upon instalments along with any additional expenses (travel, communications, postage) and where applicable, advertisements costs.
