I. Analysis and Preparation:

- Continous tracking the major Internet job markets
- On-going checking of the Internet search machines, with respect to the new job markets,
project-specific search databases, or Portals
- Media Service
- Release of the position in selected print or internet job markets
- Neutral presentation of the position on our homepage at www.wirth-partner.com during the
entire duration of a project
III. Contact and Selection:
- Determination of the professional and personal suitability of the candidates through a confidential
in-person interview using a selection process defined together with the client
- Detailed written report for each qualified candidate
- Organisation, implementation and moderation of the interview
IV. Decision:
- On-going support of the client and candidates during the decision process and the trial period
- Assistance with contract negotiations
Conditions
Depending upon the approach, as well as the estimated difficulty and duration of the
search, we charge between 15 - 30% of the recruited candidate's target yearly salary.
This is payable in agreed upon instalments along with any additional expenses (travel,
communications, postage) and where applicable, advertisements costs.
